By creating an account or using Party Poppin, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Party Poppin. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Party Poppin is a nightlife discovery app intended for adults. We reserve the right to terminate any account that we believe is held by a minor.
Party Poppin has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Prohibited content and conduct includes, but is not limited to:

You agree to use Party Poppin only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of content you post on Party Poppin (posts, check-ins, stories, scenes, and messages). By posting content, you grant Party Poppin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the app and in connection with our services.
You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post any content you submit, including photos depicting other people (you must have their consent). Party Poppin does not endorse any user-generated content.
Venue and event information on Party Poppin is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of venue hours, pricing, event details, or any other venue information. Always verify details directly with the venue or organizer before attending. User-submitted scenes and events represent the opinions of individual users and are not endorsed by Party Poppin.
We provide in-app tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Reported content may be removed immediately upon submission at our discretion. Users who submit objectionable content will be removed from the platform. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or when we believe doing so is necessary to protect safety.
Your use of Party Poppin is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app, you consent to our data collection and use practices as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points: we do not sell your personal data, location is only used when you actively use location features, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your content and personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the community or platform — without prior notice or liability.
Party Poppin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Party Poppin is a discovery and social platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of users at venues or events discovered through our app. Nightlife involves real-world activity with inherent risks; you assume full responsibility for your own safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Party Poppin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed $100 USD.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
