Delete Your Account

You can request full deletion of your Party Poppin account and data at any time, whether or not the app is still installed.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

📱 In the app

Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This sends a deletion request straight to our team.

✉️ By email

No longer have the app installed? Email support@partypoppin.app from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete My Account”. Include your username so we can locate the right account.

WHAT GETS DELETED

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We remove:

👤 Profile & account info

Your username, email, bio, avatar, and login credentials.

📍 Check-ins & scenes

Every check-in, scene drop, and location history tied to your account.

🖼️ Posts & stories

Photos, videos, captions, and stories you’ve shared to the feed.

💬 Messages

Direct messages and group chat messages you’ve sent.

💋 Flirts & follows

Your Flirts list, followers, and following relationships.

TIMELINE

We confirm and process deletion requests within 7 days. All associated data is fully removed from our production systems within 30 days of confirmation, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

WHAT WE MAY RETAIN

Records we’re legally required to keep (e.g. fraud prevention, tax/billing history), retained only as long as the law requires.
Content you shared that other users saved or reposted before deletion — removing it from their device isn’t something we can force.
Aggregated, de-identified analytics that can’t be traced back to you.
